How Pre-Orders Work

Pre-ordering reserves your place for an upcoming item. Fulfillment depends on manufacturer/supplier release schedules and allocation. If an item is canceled, discontinued, or unavailable from our supplier, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Payment

Payment is collected in full when a pre-order is placed.

Estimated Arrival Dates

Estimated arrival dates are shown on pre-order product pages and are estimates only. Release dates may change due to manufacturer or supplier delays.

Cancellations & Refunds

Pre-orders may be canceled any time before shipment for a full refund to the original payment method.

Orders With Both In-Stock and Pre-Order Items

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may ship together when the pre-order item becomes available. To receive in-stock items sooner, customers should place a separate order.
