Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from toylaz.com. If something isn't right, we're here to help. This policy explains when and how you can return an item and how refunds work.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Return requests made after this window may not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition in which you received them.
  • Returned in their original manufacturer packaging, with all accessories, manuals, inserts, tags, seals, and protective materials included.

Collectible Packaging

For collectible items, the manufacturer packaging is considered part of the product. Please keep boxes and packaging intact and protect them during return shipping. Returns may be refused or subject to a refund deduction if the manufacturer box is missing, opened, damaged, written on, or not adequately protected in transit.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not returnable unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Opened blind boxes and mystery items
  • Trading cards
  • Final sale and clearance items
  • Used or worn costume and wearable items

How to Start a Return

Before sending anything back, please email support@toylaz.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Do not ship items back before receiving instructions from us, as unauthorized returns may not be processed. All approved returns are made by mail.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind (buyer's remorse) returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, ToyLaz will cover the return shipping or provide a prepaid return solution as part of your return instructions — you will not pay return shipping in these cases.

No Restocking Fee

ToyLaz does not charge a restocking fee on approved returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@toylaz.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right quickly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of inspection. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (for example, a damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original item in line with this policy and place a new order for the item you want. This is the fastest way to get the product you're after.
