All orders are processed and shipped from the United States. We are committed to getting your collectibles to you quickly and safely.

Where We Ship

We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses.

Order Processing (Handling Time)

Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Transit Time

Estimated transit time is 3–7 business days after shipment.

Total Delivery Estimate

Total estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days from the date the order is placed.

How Orders Are Fulfilled

Some orders may ship from our Jacksonville retail store, while others may ship directly from trusted U.S. supplier/distribution partners. Multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping within the 48 contiguous United States is a flat $8.99 for any order under $75. Orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Your exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order on our Track Your Order page.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or is lost or stolen in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can help resolve the issue.
